"service" Refers To The Freight Forwarding And Logistics Services Provided By Agarwal Movers And Packers, Including But Not Limited To The Relocate , Storage, And Management Of Material.
"customer" Means Any Individual Or Entity That Contracts With Agarwal Movers And Packers For The Provision Of Services.
"material" Means All Items Transported Or Handled By The Company On Behalf Of The Customer, Excluding Prohibited Items As Outlined Below.
"quotation" Means The Document Outlining The Terms And Costs Associated With The Services Provided By The Company.

2. Acceptance Of Terms

By Engaging Our Services, You Accept These Terms And Conditions And Agree To Be Bound By Them. These Terms May Be Updated From Time To Time, And Your Continued Use Of Our Services Constitutes Acceptance Of Any Changes.

3. Services Provided

Freight Forwarding: We Arrange The Relocate Of Material From One Location To Another Using Various Modes Of Transport, Including But Not Limited To Sea, Air, And Land.
Customs Clearance: We Provide Services For The Clearance Of Material Through Customs Authorities.
Warehousing: We Offer Storage Solutions For Material In Our Warehouse Facilities.
Documentation: We Prepare And Manage All Necessary Documentation Related To The Relocate Of Material.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Customers Must Provide Accurate And Complete Information About Their Material, Including Description, Value, And Any Special Handling Requirements.
Compliance: Customers Must Ensure That Their Material Comply With All Applicable Laws And Regulations, Including Customs And Import/export Restrictions.
Prohibited Items: Customers Must Not Send Prohibited Items, Including But Not Limited To Hazardous Materials, Explosives, And Illegal Substances. The Company Reserves The Right To Refuse Or Return Any Material That Do Not Comply With These Restrictions.

5. Quotations And Pricing

Validity: Quotations Are Valid For 10 Days From The Date Of Issue Unless Otherwise Stated. After This Period, Quotations May Be Subject To Revision.
Charges: The Customer Agrees To Pay The Charges Specified In The Quotation, Including Any Additional Costs Incurred Due To Changes In The Scope Of Services Or Unforeseen Circumstances.
Payment Terms: Payment Is Due Prior To The Provision Of Services Unless Otherwise Agreed. The Company Reserves The Right To Withhold Services Until Payment Is Received.

6. Delivery And Performance

Estimated Times: All Delivery Times Are Estimates And Are Not Guaranteed. The Company Is Not Liable For Any Delays Caused By Factors Beyond Its Control.
Access: Customers Must Provide Adequate Access To Premises For The Delivery Or Collection Of Material.

7. Insurance And Liability

Insurance: The Company Does Not Provide Insurance For Material Unless Specifically Requested And Arranged. Customers Are Advised To Obtain Their Own Insurance Coverage.
Liability: The Company's Liability For Loss Or Damage To Material Is Limited To The Amount Specified In The Quotation Or As Required By Law. The Company Is Not Liable For Indirect Or Consequential Damages.

8. Claims And Disputes

Claims: Any Claims For Loss Or Damage Must Be Reported To The Company Within 1 Days Of Delivery Or Intended Delivery. The Company May Request Documentation To Support The Claim(aplacable If Your Material Are Insured).
Disputes: Any Disputes Arising From These Terms And Conditions Will Be Resolved In Accordance With The Laws Of The Jurisdiction Where The Company Is Located.

9. Confidentiality

Data Protection: The Company Will Handle All Customer Information With The Utmost Confidentiality And In Accordance With Applicable Data Protection Laws.

10. Termination

Termination By Customer: The Customer May Terminate The Contract With The Company By Providing Written Notice. The Customer Remains Liable For Any Costs Incurred Up To The Date Of Termination.
Termination By Company: The Company Reserves The Right To Terminate The Contract If The Customer Breaches Any Terms Or If It Becomes Impossible To Provide The Services.

11. Force Majeure

The Company Is Not Liable For Any Failure To Perform Its Obligations Due To Circumstances Beyond Its Control, Including But Not Limited To Natural Disasters, War, Or Government Actions.

12. Amendments

These Terms And Conditions May Be Amended By The Company From Time To Time. Updated Terms Will Be Posted On The Company's Website Or Provided Directly To The Customer.

13. Severability

If Any Provision Of These Terms And Conditions Is Found To Be Invalid Or Unenforceable, The Remaining Provisions Shall Continue In Full Force And Effect.

These Terms And Conditions Are Governed By The Laws Of Mumbai. Any Disputes Arising Under These Terms Will Be Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts In Mumbai.
